TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In your use a Church meetinghouse in the Rexburg West Stake for a non-Church-sponsored event, such as a wedding, wedding reception, family reunion, etc. you agree to these terms.
This will be subject to building availability and approval of the assigned building scheduler prior to scheduling or using the Church building for the activity.
You agree to abide by all terms and conditions specified here and by the building scheduler. In addition, you agree to release the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from any and all liability in connection with this event. You understand that you are responsible for use of the building as approved and also agree:
1. You will ensure all guests in or on Church property abide by Church standards, including modesty in dress, use of appropriate language and conduct, and strict adherence to the Word of Wisdom. Note: coffee, tea, tobacco products, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Church property or in Church buildings at any time.
2. You will not use the building for any purpose other than the approved activity.
3. You will ensure all areas of the building used during the activity are properly cleaned (including restroom, foyers, and outside grounds) and waste materials are disposed of in the trash dumpster outside of the building.
4. You will not use or occupy areas of the building other than those indicated on this form.
5. You will promptly contact the assigned Building Representative, to report any damage or problems that may have occurred or were noted during use of the building.
6. You will ensure, on completion of the activity, that the building is locked and secured and that all lights and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems have been turned off.
7. You will promptly return any building keys loaned for the activity.
